I got this game for Christmas last year, and to be honest I haven’t stopped playing it. The game is based all around World War II, as sort of a obligatory sequel to their Battlefield 1, which came out two years ago. Battlefield V is fairly new, having it released in the winter of 2018. In terms of the graphics, I think they are some of the best i have ever seen, and even rival Uncharted in the beauty of the game, wether it be in cutscenes, story mode, or PVP. The story mode is also quite interesting because it goes over quite a few famous missions, battles and pivotal points during the war, allowing you to play these out. Another cool aspect of the game is the historical accuracy, with the exact weapons, vehicles, cities, and functionality of said technology. I love the PVP parts of the game as well, that include vehicles, a capture the point style, a conquest style, and even a battle royale mode that has been teased recently, with a map that is ten times the size of the games largest map, one that is already gaining attention for its vastness. However, one of my complaints for Battlefield V is that it does not have the same flashy Easter eggs seen in the other battlefield games. I really hope that will change.
-I rate Battlefield V 4.5 stars. -I think it is one of the better games out there. -The historical accuracy is very impressive. -The graphics are some of the best.

In reality, I have not played many video games, and even less at that; played one that has been made into a movie. However, I have played Uncharted, and the entire series is a movie in itself, full of incredibly cinematic scenes and gameplay, and an incredibly rich story in every one. Therefore, the Uncharted games could easily become a movie or even a franchise with just how many possibilities there are in the world of the game. Thinking this topic interesting, I decided to do more research and give it more thought, and discovered a few things. I learned of a full live action super Mario bros made in the 90’s. And I have to say, its one of the worst films I have seen in a long time, even though it featured big names, the classic game should have never been interpreted into anything more than what it is. Which leads me to the theory of separation in the video game movie industry, where there are those that were almost made for being a movie, and those that should never be made into anything other than themselves. A few things I noticed while watching the movie was, because the Mario bros game already has a very vague story, the movies was not better, sticking only with the characters in a setting completely alien to what we know and love from the game, already losing my interest due to what I had expected and what I received. Overall, I realized that most games are meant to stay the way they were created, but every once in a while, a little gem will come around.
staff!, Chosen by RT, et al. “Super Mario Bros.” Safe Haven (2013) - Rotten Tomatoes, www.rottentomatoes.com/m/super_mario_bros/. -I have not played enough games to see a decent movie about one. But, Uncharted is a movie in Itself and deserves to be one. -I watched the Super Mario Bros movie, and was very disappointed. I recently bought the new Destiny game, Destiny 2, because i have herd good things from my friends who play it. While still just starting, I have noticed that the mechanics are very similar to the first, including lore that is brought over and the same enemy races. The game features a collection of new weapon classes such as sub machine guns and grenade launchers that were not playable prior. When experimenting with the player versus player modes, I noticed that they are a lot more fast paced than those in the first game, with a quicker respawn time and more powerful weapons. This can be both a gift and a curse when playing but the layout encourages you to level up to get better and win more. There are a few in game purchases that come up, but they are not pushed in your face and are exclusively cosmetic, not influencing how you play the game at all. The story mode is also quite good, with a significant plot that your guardian follows and frequent well developed cutscenes. On the downside, Destiny 2 takes up a very large amount of space, that forced me to delete a few of my other games that I have had on my PlayStation. The DLCs are also very expensive, and even worse, they make the game significantly better, basically forcing the player to buy them. Overall my rating of Destiny 2 is a solid seven out of ten, purely because of its DLC and slower developmental stages.
-Destiny 2 is a good game. -I am impressed that I am able to keep my character. -I do not like how expensive the DLC is. -I am looking forward to playing more. www.bungie.net/ My overall experience with fortnite is pretty good. The gameplay is solid, with a great third person shooter open world feel. The graphics are fun and cartoonish, and the audio effects are silly. The thing that intrigues me about this game is how I manage to be so bad at it, and still love to play it! In past experiences with games I am incredibly bad at I usually end up quitting, but with fortnite, its the exact opposite. I am awful at the game, but always come back to play more. An especially neat fact about fortnite is that Epic Games is based in Cary NC, meaning that we are close to such a cool creation centre!
-Fortnite is fun. -This is probably the twentieth review of Fortnite in all of the students portfolios. -Fortnite has good gameplay. -Fortnite has cool graphics. -I am impressed by the addictive features. www.epicgames.com/ What is Overwatch? Overwatch is a video game made for console and pc. It takes place in the future after an event known as the"omnic crisis" occurs. The omnic crisis is when the robots (aka omnics) start rebelling against the humans for control. A team of heroes arise, a talented group of misfits who have the skills necessary to battle the omnics, but they are not welcomed by society. The game is primarily PVP but you can play against bots in some of the training modes. The modes include, escort the payload, a game where you have to stay near a moving object to keep it going forward until it reaches its goal, and the opposing team must stop you by killing your teammates to keep them off the point in a set amount of time. Another game mode is the capture points mode, where the teams must either A) capture the point before the other team in order to win, or B) stop the opposing team from capturing both of the points in a set amount of time. This game has become a major eSport and even has a competitive mode that is taken very seriously by players. overall the game has a total of 25 playable characters with more likely to come, the characters are spit into four categories, A) Attack, characters with less health that are quicker and deal more damage, B) Defense, characters that have more health and are better at holding their ground and slowing down the enemies, C) Tank, characters that have a lot of health and are good at defending their own team and clearing spaces, and finally D) Support, where the character specialize in healing their team. It is important to use all of these strategically in order to win. Overall Overwatch is an excellent game that is something I don't think i will stop playing anytime soon.
